Exporter Zone is a global online B2B marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers across various export sectors. Through our Export Store service, international buyers can directly purchase products from verified Turkish exporters and manufacturers online.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Exporter Zone platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and platform usage.
Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for the transactions conducted on the platform. Exporter Zone acts only as an intermediary and holds no liability for disputes that may arise from such transactions.
Users must comply with all applicable local and international laws concerning export, import, and trade.

3. Export Store Service

The Export Store allows global buyers to purchase products directly from verified Turkish sellers/exporters.
Exporter Zone facilitates digital communication, transaction management, and logistical interface, but does not guarantee product quality, availability, or delivery. Buyers are encouraged to perform due diligence.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials displayed on the Exporter Zone platform are the property of İnternetekoy Bilgi Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Exporter Zone and İnternetekoy Bilgi Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform or any transaction between users.
